Due to the increasing number of business professionals working from smart phones and tablets, Aceyus needed a mobile application version of their web-based real-time Contact Center Intelligence solution in order to remain competitive in the marketplace, help customers address challenges, and optimize their contact center operations.
SILK designed an application optimized for a mobile experience by leveraging key functions of the Aceyus solution which provided managers and supervisors the ability to perform their key functions on-the-go.
