Microsoft, Global Diversity and Inclusion Experience (GD&I)
The Global Diversity and Inclusion team at Microsoft wanted a new digital experience to increase visibility of their messaging, to help facilitate the recruitment of diverse candidates, and communicate their Diversity and Inclusion analytics to the media.
Our team redefined the existing site shifting from a passive to engaging user experience. The Microsoft GD&I now aligns with the company’s most current branding and addresses accessibility issues, which strategically target content for its primary user groups.
